Amanda Bynes (She’s the Man, Hairspray, What a Girl Wants) has signed on to co-star in the Farrelly Brothers’ comedy Hall Pass. The 23-year-old actress joins Owen Wilson, Jenna Fischer and Jason Sudeikis.
