Zack And Miri Advertisements Rejected Due To The Word “Porno” By Peter Sciretta/Oct. 16, 2008 2:47 am EST The city claims they would be open to running advertising for the film which calls the movie just “Zack and Miri”, but what’s the point? The Weinstein Co is considering using a censored title in newspapers that originally rejected the film’s original advertisements. The marketing company apparently developed a version of the stick-figure poster without the film’s name, which just reads: “Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks made a movie so outrageous that we can’t even tell you the title....

It had no mailing address on the front, and the back is black (seen above) and reads “be at the scene of every story.” Little type on the bottom of the card reads “find out how 10/10/07. anywhereispossible.com” If you go to AnywhereIsPossible.com, you are greeted with a black screen (seen below) with the same white type, which reads “LA to London in less than 3 seconds....

First Look: Bill Maher’s Religulous By Peter Sciretta/Aug. 28, 2007 5:42 pm EST Lionsgate has confirmed a report we published two weeks ago, that the Bill Maher Religion documentary is titled Religulous. Maher and director Larry Charles (Borat) will be at the Toronto Film Festival in early September to preview some footage and hold a question and answer session.
